Which took place in Professor Dr. Khaled Shaker’s hall in the department on Thursday, 5/11/2023.

 The study dealt with: - Building a conceptual model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to choose the optimal delivery system and the appropriate contract type. A field survey of the study area was conducted using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to identify served and unserved areas for the purpose of predicting the requirements of sanitation projects for unserved areas by developing two mathematical models using multiple linear regression (MLR) technology.

The proposed plan for managing the wastewater project delivery system was prepared using the agile methodology. It consisted of two main stages, the planning and design stage, where the vision in this stage included determining the requirements for sanitation projects and forecasting the cost and time through developing two mathematical models using artificial neural networks (ANN). And risk management using the risk score method. As for the implementation phase, the vision included developing proposed procedures to achieve the roles of the employer, contractor, and consultant. The results showed that the proposed plan is applicable and has the potential to manage the wastewater project delivery system well
