Enterprise Strategic Planning
By using Google Meet online platform on Wednesday 20/20/2020.
The workshop was presented by Mr. Abdul Sattar Ahmed Abdullah /Department of Mechanical Engineering, through which he clarified the concept of strategic planning, its goals, and the primary goal of it . He added that for nations to rise, the state must be a state of institutions, and strategic planning is not an available option or an intellectual luxury but rather an urgent necessity The main goal of it is to improve performance and work development and strengthen the bonds of workers in their organization so that they adopt their ideas and the institution becomes for them and they are not working in them. The strategic planning with its components of study and analysis of the work environment and adopts an ambitious and distinct vision and a message that is achieved through smart measurable goals that would jump any institution to The peaks of the corresponding institutions, and from this it becomes clear the importance of this workshop
