Within the activities of the Human Resources Development Department at the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Centre at the Presidency of the University of Anbar and under the supervision of the Director of the Centre, Prof. Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel, the course tagged: (Exploiting the evidence of agriculture in determining the water reality), which lasted for three years, was concluded on Tuesday, 23/4/2024, in the main hall of the Centre.

Assistant Professor Dr. Nawfal Adnan Sabri and Instructor Dr. Saad Jabbar Hofi lectured in the course. Which included addressing the importance of the plant type in identifying the reality of soil, climate and water, and many types of plants that would give a clear picture of the characteristics of the soil and the climatic conditions affecting it were also addressed, and among the topics that were also explained in this session were: (soil salinization, soil salinization, plant tolerance to salinity, ionic stability instructions, water tension, osmotic protection synthesis, plant response to stress tolerance).

The course witnessed a large presence by the centre’s researchers and a number of teaching staff and researchers from colleges and research centers at the university, and the course included some questions in different themes of the course topic and was answered by the lecturers.
