The College of Medicine Council holds its fifth session for the academic year 2023-2024
The Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Walid Nassar Jaffal, chaired the fifth session of the academic year 2023-2024 on Wednesday, 1/31/2024.
The Council hosted Dr. Iyad Arak Mikhlif, and after congratulating him on the occasion of his assumption of the position of Director of Ramadi Teaching Hospital, some common medical and educational matters and ways to enhance cooperation were discussed to reach a state of integration.
The Council praised the efforts made by the administration of the Anbar Health Department and the administration of Ramadi Teaching Hospital in supporting the educational process
The Council hosted Prof. Dr. Mahasen Ali Abdul Jabbar and Prof. Dr. Abbas Obaid Farhan after they were referred for retirement for the purpose of honoring them for the dedication and dedication they provided during their educational career at the College of Medicine, wishing them continued success and success.
This session came after the last University Council session, which was devoted to presenting and discussing the university’s scientific file. A presentation was made by Prof. Dr. Yasser Mufid Abdel Latif, Head of the Microbiology Branch, summarizing the most important things that were presented at the University Council. The Council hosted Prof. Dr. Enas Muhammad Suleiman, Director of the Scientific Unit at the College, emphasized the increase in scientific publishing in Scopus and Clarivate containers.
