The College of Medicine launches a massive tree planting campaign with the participation of the college’s employees and students.
Under the patronage of the Honorable Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Walid Nassar Jaffal, and coinciding with the National Afforestation Day (March 12) of each year (National Afforestation Day), which was approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, students and members of the college, under the supervision of the Deanship of the College, carried out an afforestation campaign to plant trees, shrubs, and flowers. In the college gardens to raise the sense of environmental responsibility among members and students. The importance of this day comes to protect the environment, fight desertification, and limit the effects of climate change.
