The mental capacity is to complete the process of processing the information that is received and retrieved simultaneously and in a limited part of the brain, thus representing the largest number of mental schemes that the brain can group and formulate with a single mental action. Mental stinging has a positive relationship to the ability of the learner to remember and process information simultaneously in order to obtain responses related to the particular mental situation, the increase in the individual's experience and information increases his ability to produce responses in an easy and practical way, and providing the individual with long-term information makes it very difficult to draw real responses to it because the volume of information to which the learner is exposed is affected by his mental capacity, preferring that each level of maturity has a specific mental capacity, which makes it difficult to draw real responses to it. Taking this into account is inevitable during the teaching and education processes, as the growth of the learner affects certain abilities in the brain and in its mental capacity, we conclude that the mental capacity of the learner affects his ability to process information and interact with mental situations, which limits and affects his ability to learn, increasing the load on the learner's mental capacity in the amount of information that must be ...
