An educational symposium entitled Gender (male and female) and homosexuality: the cultural and social ills of the West and ways to protect our societies from the dangers of their spread.
Under the patronage of the Honorable Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology (Prof. Dr. Salah Awad Salman), the Educational Guidance Unit in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Information Systems Department, held an educational symposium entitled: “Gender (male and female) and homosexuality: the cultural and social ills of the West and ways to Protecting our societies from the dangers of its spread” on Thursday 10-19-2023, and they were present (Mr. Dr. Muhannad Abdel Salam Younis and M. Shukhan Mahmoud Hama).The symposium topics aimed to highlight the importance of spreading cultural awareness in our societies. The use of homosexuality as a tool for soft warfare directed against our particular societies, especially Muslim ones, was touched upon. The symposium lecturers stressed the importance of concerted efforts to educate society about the phenomenon of gender (male and female) and homosexuality and reduce it, and urged parents to follow their children and not let them drift towards Western culture because of its violations.
