The committee for receiving and checking the files of applicants for postgraduate studies in our college / the College of Computer Science and Information Technology began receiving the files of applicants for postgraduate studies (Master - PhD) for the academic year 2023/2024, according to the date set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which began on the second day of the month May until the first day of June.

The Chairman of the Committee, Assistant Professor Dr. Khattab Mojil Ali, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, explained that the paper file is received by the applicants after the electronic submission. The committee also matches the paper data with the electronic data of the applicants and corrects the electronic data in accordance with the paper data during the submission period. And by addressing the obstacles facing the applicant students and urging the simplification of the audit mechanism, to relieve the students’ burden, in line with the Ministry’s instructions in this regard.

The committee also calls on applicants to abide by the instructions and controls for applying for postgraduate studies.
