After a series of successes, the most recent of which was the fifteenth edition of the DeSE2022 conference, which was held at the American University in Baghdad last year and with the wonderful organizational participation of our distinguished university, the sixteenth International Conference on the Developments in Systems Engineering (DeSE2023) will be held under the auspices of the IEEE Turkey Branch and in cooperation With our university, Anbar University, and a group of Iraqi and international universities, which is currently being held at Atlas University in Istanbul - Turkey for the period from 18-20 December 2023. A group of our college professors participated in it, where each of the A.M. Dr.. Ahmed Sobhi Abdel Ghafour and A.M. Dr.. Ahmed Jassim Al-Jaf and A.M. Dr. Zafer Hamid Abd, the special department of our university and management of the conference sessions. A section of our researchers also participated by presenting their scientific research, which covered several advanced topics in the field of electronic systems, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensors and industry, and more specifically their applications in medicine, education, business digitization, quality of life and the environment. The conference aims to address current scientific research issues in design, engineering, computer science, and adoption of electronic systems.
