The Artificial Intelligence Department held a workshop on Monday 4-3-2024 at Al-Khwarizmi Hall, focusing on generative artificial intelligence and its importance in the modern labour market. The workshop included two themes:

The first one: Introducing Generative Artificial Intelligence, lectured by Assistant Professor Dr Atheer Basil Abdulkarim.

The second: Applications of generative artificial intelligence in the labour market, lectured by lecturer Dr. Mohammed Salah Ibrahim.

The workshop was attended by a number of people interested in the field of technology and innovation. The workshop addressed topics such as the uses of generative AI in generating advertising and marketing content, and the applications of generative intelligence in technology, health, capital market, climate and many others such as developing various applications. It also discussed the challenges and opportunities of this technology in the labour market and how professionals can benefit from it to enhance work efficiency and increase productivity. The workshop was characterised by a fruitful interaction between the participants, as they exchanged experiences and ideas on how to apply the principles of generative AI in their daily work. At the end of the workshop, participants expressed their admiration for the content presented and praised the importance of such events in enhancing knowledge and communication in the field of technology. It is expected that this event will contribute to raising awareness about the importance of this technology and promote its applications in many different fields.
