College Board Meeting The Ninth Open Session (First Section)

May God Almighty bless the Council of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology to hold its ninth open session for the academic year (2020-2021) on Monday (3/8/2020) in the College Board Room chaired by Prof. Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Chairman of the Council, and the attendance of all members of the College Board And after the college dean welcomed the attendees, the council discussed its agenda as follows:

1. The Council discussed the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the necessity of commitment to implement them.

2. The Council also discussed the directives of the esteemed President of the University by proposing ideas that lead to the success of the learning process.

3. The Dean emphasized on the electronic lectures and giving them the appropriate importance because they became the only way to communicate with the students and the necessity to stick to their deadlines and focus on constructive interaction to reach the goal of the educational process through the success of the lectures.

4. The necessity of adhering to the directives provided by Krupp faculty professors and not being slow in responding to the exceptional circumstances in which the country lives under the circumstances of Corona's adversity.

5. As the first electronic course end-of-course exams are nearing, the Dean emphasized on arranging the examination schedules and on the necessity of publishing the endeavors for students before submitting them to the examination committees.

6. The council concluded by discussing some matters pertaining to our college and discussing some of the ways and solutions suggested by the council members.
