Studies And Planning Division

 The level of the Studies and Planning Unit was raised to the Studies and Planning Division at the college in 2023 within the joints of the organizational structure of the College of Science according to University Order No. (M.R. 8493 dated 10/17/2023) and it is administratively linked to the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs.

Vision

The vision of the division is to build a qualitative division that will have a role in enriching and assigning statistics to various fields, whether teaching or functional, and emphasizes the integration of the statistical and information aspects and access to producing information that contributes to building the future of the college and its cadres. The Division seeks to reach an integrated statistical system that meets all needs, as well as preparing studies for the establishment of scientific departments in the college.

The message

The mission of the division is to contribute to the mission of the College of Science/University of Anbar, through the division’s interaction with the rest of the college’s departments, to develop the college from the scientific and educational aspects through the creation of scientific departments in the college, and updating the systems for morning and evening preliminary studies, as well as collecting, tabulating, and analyzing data and information. Statistics and implementing programs to manage information and its flow electronically between the department and corresponding departments in universities with continuous updating, preparing admission plans in accordance with the university’s strategic directions, and producing official statistics about the college, students, teachers, and employees, as well as data and information related to the work of the rest of the college’s departments and departments, including statistics and training courses. Providing information services to entities that need statistics.

Mission

• Providing the Studies and Planning Department at the University Presidency with statistical data and tables for all college activities for each academic year upon their request.

• Providing statistical consultations to the college, teachers and employees.

• Preparing reports and statistical studies related to various activities.

• Completing the annual report relating to the teaching, technical and administrative staff and students.

• Completing the annual report on conferences, seminars, courses, and workshops, as well as on the college’s infrastructure and sports activities.

• Completing the annual report related to the administrative and scientific structure.

• An update on the movement of college staff using the ministerial human resources system.

• Completing the monthly report on the changes occurring to the college’s employees (teachers and employees).

• Completing the annual report on students, the college’s infrastructure, and students’ sports activities.

• Completing the quarterly report (every three months) related to overall activities.

• Completing the annual report related to the annual scientific plan.

• Completing the monthly report on the qualitative achievements (delegations, seminars, and conferences) of the college’s members.
