It is an administrative formation entitled (Rehabilitation and Employment Unit) concerned with communicating with graduates and students of colleges in general and qualifying them to work through a number of programs and workshops as well as building bridges of dealing between the student and the labor market represented by the government sector and the local and international private sector and marketing them to them, which makes this unit contribute to building an advanced society on which all state institutions are based to keep pace with practical developments and update the information provided to the student to develop his capabilities and employ in the future to serve the country .
Mission
Rehabilitating, training and providing activities, support and assistance to students and graduates in order to upgrade their scientific and practical capabilities in all disciplines and work to create an atmosphere of cooperation and understanding between students and teaching staff and apply the principles of good manners and mutual respect to advance the intellectual, scientific and ethical level of the university environment .
Aims
1. The unit aims to develop the personal, scientific and life skills of students and graduates in a modern manner and in line with the labor market.
2. The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit helps students present themselves professionally by training them on various topics that increase their academic experience.
3. Emphasizing the role of the teaching staff in supporting the unit by participating in the establishment of workshops and training courses.
4. It helps students benefit from the expertise of the teaching staff in various scientific and professional fields.
5. Providing specialized programs in the fields required by the nature of the available jobs in different fields to raise competitiveness.
6. Establishing strong relationships with employers to obtain the largest amount of training and work opportunities for students and graduates of Anbar University - College of Science
Tasks
1. Establishing a database for graduates to be an outlet for employers to choose the best for vacancies .
2. Publishing the names of graduate students at the end of each academic year .
3. Holding workshops and seminars on job search skills (CV writing) conducting a personal interview ... etc .
4. Open a page on the college's website containing news of interest to graduates to work on communication between the graduate and the college .
5. Making brochures aimed at providing the best types of guidance, guidance and follow-up, training and rehabilitation for graduate students .
6. Inviting distinguished college graduates to give lectures and scientific seminars of interest to the student and stimulate their performance .
7. Inviting a number of graduates to consult with them on what they deem appropriate and necessary to do through the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit .
8. Preparing questionnaires to poll the opinion of institutions on the level of the college graduate and work to develop the graduate's performance .
9. Holding an annual day for graduates so that graduates are called and listened to their observations and problems .
10. Preparing an annual guide for college graduates .
11. Providing advice and consultations and answering all inquiries for graduate students through the website of the unit .
12. Conducting questionnaires on the level of performance of graduates of the Faculty of Science and their places of work .
13. Establishing a database on the fields of work that may attract graduates of the Faculty of Science and in both the public and private sectors.
