This study aimed the morphotectonic analysis of the Euphrates River basin using remote sensing techniques, GIS and field data. and also, the study amid to showed the influence of tectonic activity and structural elements on the course of the Euphrates River. Three fundamental topics were employed to distinguish basins: hydrological indices, morphometric research, to all study area sub-basins.
After extensive discussion by the committee members with the student about the topic of her thesis, the thesis was accepted. Congratulations to the student, the College of Science, and the discussion committee.
