A workshop in the College of Science
The College of Science - Anbar University organized a workshop for graduate students entitled “How to Read a Research Paper,” in which Professor Dr. Imad Abdul Rahman Muhammad Saleh, Professor of Geophysics in the Department of Applied Geology, lectured.
The workshop, which was held on Tuesday 2/27/2024, targeted graduate students and researchers in various fields of science, for the purpose of providing them with the skills and methods necessary to read, understand, and analyze a research paper effectively and critically.
The workshop covered two topics:
The first axis: reviewing the concept of scientific literature and its types, and the second axis: reviewing an effective method for reading a research paper, which is the three-pass method.
