The study's objective to  used lemon juice extract to produce chromium oxide nanoparticles (Cr2O3NPs) and calcium oxide nanorods (CaONRs). The production of Cr2O3NPs and CaONRs were characterized using X-ray diffraction, UV-Visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Transmission electron microscope, Field emission scanning electron microscope, and Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized nanomaterials was evaluated against two different bacterial strains, Streptococcus mutans and Escherichia coli. Also the antioxidant activity was studied for nanomaterials . The anticancer activity of Cr2O3NPs and CaONRs was determined against the lung cancer cell line (A549). The results indicate that it was Cr2O3NPs and CaONRs prepared using the green synthesis could be promising compounds for future biomedical applications.
