The University of Anbar achieves advanced ranks in the Spanish SCIMAGO ranking.

The University of Anbar has achieved advanced ranks in Iraq within the global SCIMAGOS panish ranking. This came during the announcement of the university rankings in its edition for subjects, where the University of Anbar achieved advanced ranks in the following subjects:

•        Second place in Iraq in the field of political science.

•        Second place in Iraq in the field of geography, planning, and development.

•        Fourth place in Iraq in the field of engineering.

•        Fifth place in Iraq in the field of computer science.

•        Sixth place in Iraq in the field of medicine. 

It is worth mentioning that the University of Anbar has advanced several places from the previous year to occupy the seventh place in Iraq for the year 2024. In turn, Prof. Dr. Mushtak Talib Salih Al-Neda, the President of the University, congratulated this scientific achievement, indicating that the university and its researchers strive to achieve advanced ranks in all rankings and catch up with the pace of international universities.
