Mohammed Mehdi Saleh received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Anbar, Al-Anbar, Iraq, in 2009, and the M.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (SSP) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, in 2014. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor, Malaysia, in 2025. Since 2016, he has been with the College of Education–Al-Qaim, University of Anbar, Iraq, where he is currently a Lecturer. His research interests include 5G, RF energy harvesting, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, and wireless sensor networks (WSNs).
