Prof. Saad Ibrahim Ahmed Hussein Al-Qaisi is a teacher at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology in 1/17/2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in 2000-2001 majoring in jurisprudence and its origins from the Iraqi University / Baghdad, and holds a master’s degree in 2003-2004 at Baghdad University / College of Islamic Sciences / Department of Sharia, and holds a PhD in the University of Iraq / College of Sharia 2010, general specialization: Philosophy of Islamic Sharia, major major:
