Biography

AKEEL SHAKER MAHMOUD: received his B.E. degrees in Computer Science from College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Anbar, Iraq, in 2003. He received his M.Sc. degrees in The Information Technologies and Systems from Belgorod State Technological University, Russia, in 2017. He has started working at The Information Technology Center, University of Anbar since 2007, moreover he is a member of E-learning team at University of Anbar.
