Biography

 

Safaa ahmed holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK, awarded in 2025. He also earned a Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Anbar, Iraq, in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Dams and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Anbar in 2012.
