Thesis title: “The Isolation of Lipase – Producing Bacteria and Studying Some Enzyme Properties”.
The work was to isolate and identify the lipid-lysing bacteria from cultivated soil and animal manures in Al-Ramadi town. And also, to determine its molecular weight and properties kinetic of the lipase enzyme action.
