Dr. Omar Farhan has a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His doctoral studies and research represented a link between the past and the present, and the rapid development of science. He focused on integrating artificial intelligence technologies with electrical power generation systems to improve their efficiency, develop their operating mechanisms, and mitigate operational problems.
Dr. Omar has extensive academic teaching and research interests. He taught the control system course at Ankara Yildirim Bayezid University, Turkey, and then continued his teaching career at Anbar University, Iraq.
He has published several scientific research papers and articles in international peer-reviewed journals, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, control systems, and renewable energy sources.
Dr. Omar's research focuses on developing traditional control systems by integrating them with artificial intelligence technologies, which contributes to increasing their efficiency, reducing operational errors, and enhancing the reliability of electrical systems.
