Biography
I was born on April 28th, 1991, in Baghdad, Iraq. In 2013, I accomplished my bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Techniques. From the Department of Electrical Power Techniques Engineering Faculty of Engineering Al-Mamon University College. In 2016, I furthered my master's degree in communication and Computer Engineering from the Department of Electrical Electronic and Systems, Faculty of Engineering, The National university Malaysia (UKM). In 2021, I was awarded my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Electronics and Systems, Faculty of Engineering, from The National university Malaysia (UKM). During my master's study, I fabricated a transparent mesh antenna integrated with a solar cell for LTE applications for Self-Powered Wireless Communication whereby the use a network analyzer and spectrum analyzer along with finite element method COMSOL simulation tool and Computer Simulation Technology (CST).
During my PhD's, I was leading the growth and fabrication of gallium-zinc-oxide (GZO) as transparent conducting oxide (TCO) material was developed and optimized to be used for an optically transparent antenna fabrication. I was also involved with the growth and fabrication of Self-Powered Wireless Communication devices. GZO was co-sputtered onto glass substrates and then annealed process ensured the formation of the GZO layer with a conductivity of and a transparency of 98%. All the antennas design has been integrated with solar cells.
I have experience of over seven years in a cleanroom environment to perform the growth and fabrication of energy-saving devices such as optoelectronics and power devices. I have knowledge of chemical vapor deposition, sputtering, inductively coupled plasma, rapid thermal annealing, electron-beam evaporation, and photolithography. I also have hands-on experience of several characterization instruments such as field emission scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, high-resolution x-ray diffraction, electroluminescence, photoluminescence, transmission electron microscopy, Hall effect, Raman spectroscopy and I-V measurements.
I am a dependable person who is great at time management and always energetic and eager to learn new skills. I have also been working with international teams from different countries, such as Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia. In addition, I have been exposed to different projects with different departments and/or faculties. Therefore, I got proper social talents such as strong communication skills and working with multidisciplinary teams.
