He was born in Fallujah in 1989 and completed his preparatory studies at Fallujah Preparatory School for Boys in 2006. He was then accepted to study at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul in 2007. He then left his studies for urgent reasons and enrolled at the British University in Egypt, known as October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, graduating in 2012 with two degrees accredited by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities and recognized internationally, and a certificate accredited by the British universities of Greenwich and Bedfordshire.
