Omar Mohammed Arkahd is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Anbar, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Anbar and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Amman Al-Ahliyya University, Jordan.
He is currently serving as Head of the Stores and Supplies Division at the University of Anbar Presidency and has previously held several administrative positions consecutively, including:
• Head of the Records Division
• Head of the Disbursement Division
In addition to his administrative work, he has academic experience teaching several specialized courses for accounting students, including:
• Unified Accounting System
• Intermediate Accounting
• Cost Accounting Principles
• Business Correspondence and Readings
Through his academic and administrative experience, he continually seeks to develop his skills and contribute to enhancing institutional performance and academic excellence at the University of Anbar.

Through this program, I acquired a solid scientific and theoretical foundation in the principles of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and auditing.

This program enhanced my skills in finance, financial analysis, and advanced accounting, while strengthening my research and academic capabilities, preparing me to meet the challenges of modern business and banking environments.
I have supervised a number of undergraduate (bachelor’s) graduation projects in the Accounting Department at the University of Anbar. These projects covered a variety of topics in financial accounting, managerial accounting, cost systems, financial analysis, and project financing.
Through supervision, I focused on guiding students toward sound scientific methodology, developing their research skills, and enhancing their abilities in formulating research problems, data collection, statistical analysis, and drawing conclusions, thereby supporting the educational process and elevating their academic and practical competencies.
