Biography

Iyad Hilal Hammadi, born in 1976 in Tikrit, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the College of Media at the University of Baghdad, and a Ph.D. from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon.
He served as a university professor at the College of Media, Iraqi University, where he held the position of Rapporteur of the Department of Radio and Television Journalism, and later became the Head of the Department.
He is a member of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate and has participated in numerous academic and scientific activities.
Since the academic year 2023–2024, he has been affiliated with the University of Anbar, College of Arts, Department of Media, where he continues to serve to the present day.
