Biography

Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Khalil Awsaj was born in Anbar in 1982. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Laser Engineering in 2005 from Al-Rasheed College of Engineering and Science/University of Technology in Baghdad. He obtained his Master's degree from Ankara Yildirim Beyaz?t University in Communications Engineering in 2015. He obtained his PhD from the National University of Malaysia in Optical Communications Engineering.

2. Flat Gain with Low Noise Figure L - Band Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifiers.

3. Detection of muscles diseases based on EMG signal by using  locally recurrent neural networks (LRNNs) techniques.
