Biography

Mushtaq Taleb graduated in 1999 with a B.Sc. in Operational Research, and in 2002 with an M.Sc. in Operational Research from University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq. He received his Ph.D. in Operational Research from School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia in 2017. At present, he is an Assistant Professor at University of Anbar, Iraq. His research interests are in mixed integer-valued DEA, super efficiency of radial and non-radial network DEA models, DEA models in the presence of undesirable and non-discretionary factors, return to scale of radial and non-radial DEA models, bi-objective DEA model, fuzzy DEA models, and efficiency evaluation of HEIs. His works have been published in prestigious journals, such as Expert Systems with Applications, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Environment, Development and Sustainability, Arab Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences, International Journal of Process Management and Benchmarking, Environment, Development and Sustainability, Engineering Economics, International Journal of Computer Mathematics: Computer Systems Theory, International Journal of Education Economics and Development, and others.
