Through its 14th session held on April1, 2018 ,the Iraqi Cabinet directed all the relative governmental authorities to take legal actions against those who are caught or involved in the action of selling or buying the election e-card or using it in versus manner , or in case of trying to deviate the electors choice or voting for someone else , for that is considered , under the criminal law , a crime against which legal penalties are taken
