Biography

Saad Adnan Abed received a B.Sc. degree in computer science from the University of Baghdad, Iraq in 2012. He obtained an M.Sc. degree in information technology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia in 2015, and a Ph.D. degree in information technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia in 2021. Currently, he serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Sciences and Information Technology. His research interests encompass evolutionary and local search algorithms applied to graph-based problems, as well as word sense disambiguation.
