Biography

I am a faculty member at the University of Anbar, working in the Legal Affairs Department. I previously served as Head of the Rights and Lawsuits Unit, and I act as the University’s legal representative before state institutions and the competent courts. I hold an LL.B. in Law from the University of Anbar (2013) and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the University of Anbar (2017). I am currently a PhD candidate in Public Law at the University of Anbar (2025–present).
