Lectures by newly appointed professors
In his desire to enhance the skills of new professors and ensure their tenure, the Dean of the College of Science at Anbar University, Professor Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdel Ghafour, attended the lectures of six newprofessors from the Department of Biotechnology in various specializations.
This initiative comes within the framework of the college’s endeavor to ensure the quality of education and provide the best educational environment for students. While attending the lectures, the Dean of the College discussed many important topics with the new faculty members, such as:
• The importance of good planning of lectures.
• Effective teaching methods and methods.
• Using modern technology in education.
• Dealing with students and evaluating their performance.
• Communication with parents.
The Dean of the College also provided some advice and guidance to new professors to help them succeed in their work. The Dean of the College praised the outstanding level of lectures presented by the new faculty members, and stressed his confidence in their ability to provide distinguished education to students.
The Dean of the College presented a certificate of appreciation to each of the new teaching staff in appreciation of their efforts and contributions. The new teachers expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Dean of the College for attending their lectures and providing support and encouragement to them. They stressed their keenness to make every effort to provide quality education to students. This initiative by the Dean of the College of Science is considered an important step towards enhancing the quality of education in the college and developing the skills of new teachers.
