Opening a number of service projects in the College of Science

 On a special day for the College of Science, the University President, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, announced on Thursday, April 4, 2024, the opening of a group of new facilities in the College of Science, including advanced research laboratories that included the second materials research laboratory for the Department of Physics, for graduate students, and the general plant laboratory. In the Life Sciences Department, for primary studies students, in addition to a library equipped with modern scientific books and references, and reading gardens that provide researchers and students with a quiet and comfortable environment, it was named [the Green Library] because of the place’s attractive seating and gardens.

This step comes within the framework of the college's ongoing efforts to enhance the educational and research environment on campus. The new research laboratories are designed to provide the latest technologies and equipment for researchers and students, while the library provides a wide range of modern scientific resources, and the reading gardens provide an open and comfortable space for researchers and students to read and study.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdel Ghafour, confirmed during the opening that the college is continuing with service projects, as there are other large projects that will be completed soon. The gentlemen accompanying the University President expressed their happiness with the new facilities, indicating that they will greatly enhance scientific research in the college.
The University President emphasized the university’s commitment to providing the best educational and research opportunities for faculty members and students.
