Discussion of MA thesis of student Omar Latif Jumaa

This study aims to determine the level of bacterial contamination of wastewater from some hospitals in Ramadi city, and find the relationship of connection between environmental and pathological bacterial isolates of hospitalized patients by means of the polymerase chain reaction (ERIC-PCR) and drawing the genetic tree in the Dendrogram program, thus determining the level of biological safety measures. The results of the statistical analysis of the Dendrogram program indicated that, a similarity rate of 63% for E. coli at 6 groups (G1-G6) and 48% for K. pneumonia at 7 groups (G1-G7) for samples isolated from wastewater and samples from patients using ERIC-PCR technique.
