It is reported that the conference was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nabil Kadhum Abdul Sahib, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmood Ra'ouf, President of Tikrit University, and in the presence of the Scientific Representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Yassin Al-Ethawi, the Governor of Salah al-Din, a number of deans of faculties and academic personalities. It was held from 10-11 May 2022 and witnessed the participation of more than 400 male and female researchers from 17 Arab and international countries, more than twenty Iraqi universities, and 13 Arab universities, in addition to a number of researchers from the Ministry of Education and other state institutions, with 230 researches distributed over various humanitarian specializations.
