Memorandum of Scientific Understanding between the Universities of Anbar and Salah al-Din

Simultaneously with the great scientific demonstration represented by the International Scientific Conference on Agricultural Technologies being held by the University of Anbar in cooperation with the University of Salah al-Din in Erbil ... The President of Anbar University, Prof. Mushtaq Talib Salih al-Neda, and the President of Salah al-Din University, Prof. Dr. Johar Fattah Saeed, signed the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding. Scientific between the two universities to be a precursor to good and the first for a broader scientific cooperation according to the plans set by Anbar University to open up to Iraqi and international universities, as the President of Anbar University indicated in an exhibition of his meetings with satellite channels after signing the university’s constructive strategic plans in this field and its constructive role in strengthening national unity And community service and in the various Iraqi governorates based on the pivotal role of scientific research and the basis for the development of society in all economic, scientific and cultural aspects, which was translated through the directives to all the university's faculties and its research centers by communicating and opening channels of scientific and research cooperation with the corresponding faculties and research centers at the University of Salah al-Din, where meetings and electronic meetings were held immediately that resulted in understandings of cooperation in the field of international classifications, scientific workshops, seminars and joint courses, each according to his specialization within the programs of continuing education in the two universities and cultural cooperation in the field of programs of international organizations and the two universities in which they participate, in addition to graduate studies programs and their research, discussion of theses and theses and evaluation of research. The President of the University also thanked the Presidency of Salah al-Din University and its professors and its members for the hospitality and directed his invitation to the President of the University Salah Al-Din visited Anbar University, as part of a large delegation, as soon as possible.

The signing ceremony was attended by Assistant President of Salahaddin University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant to the President of the University for Student Affairs and Deans of the Faculties of Agriculture in the two universities, the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department at Anbar University, in addition to a group of researchers participating in the proceedings of the International Scientific Conference on Agricultural Technologies.
