The University President and its Researchers Win Al Ain Award for Scientific Research

His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the president of the University of Anbar and its researchers, the winners of the Iraqi-Al Ain University Award in its fourth edition for the year 2024, which included pioneering researchers, top university achievers, owners of papers which were published in journals of high-impact factors, authors of published books, and distinguished woman academics, and they are:  

- Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Saleh Al-Nada - President of the University

- Asst. Prof. Dr. Mazen Abed Mohammed, College of Computer Science and Information Technology

- Dr. Ahmed Saud, College of Pharmacy

- Asst. Prof. Dr. Alaa, College of Sciences

- Asst. Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Hussein Yaseen Alqaisy at the College of Administration and Economics

This came during the honoring ceremony, which was attended by a group of representatives, deputies, university presidents, general directors, teachers, and researchers. In his speech, the Minister of Education emphasized the importance of scientific research in addressing development issues. He indicated that the Ministry places scientific research at the top of its priorities, stressing that this vital field represents a fundamental focus in developing services and achieving comprehensive progress, which is made by honoring university presidents whose institutions have achieved a positive indicator in the field of scientific publishing.

 

In his turn, the university president congratulated the researchers of the University of Anbar who are participating in Al Ain University Award, indicating that this achievement is added to the series of scientific achievements performed by the university, and that the university is proceeding with achieving the largest number of scientific achievements in the field of scientific research and entering the famous world rankings.
