PhD thesis was discussed at University of Anbar - College of Science and tagged (Toxic effects of silver nanoparticles on oxidative stress level and antioxidant in Cyprinus Carpio fish under some ecological factors effects.)

Where the aim of the study presented by the student (Ibrahim Abdulnabi Shibib) from the Department of Biology, to Screening the effects of AgNPs on some physiologicals , biochemical and histologicals in Cyprinus carpio fish :

1- To know silver nanoparticles toxicity under different environmental conditions such as temprture and ventilation. 

2- To know the effect of silver nanoparticles on some biochemical parameters such as an enzymatic and protein study ((lipid profile and elements (Mg, Cu, Se) and levels of antioxidants and oxidative stress (Vitamins A, C, E, and Catalase, super oxide dismutase, glutathione transferase, Malondialdehyde)

3-  To determine and estimate the concentrations of silver nanoparticles in some of the studied organs in the fish body.

 4- To observe the histological altarations in fish after sub chronic expouser to siliver nanoparticles (liver, kidneys, and gills)
