The goal of this research is to look at the structural, optical, and electrical property of film made of PVA/PEO polymeric blend composites before and after adding varying concentrations of MgO nanoparticles by the cast process. Furthermore, due to the importance of nanoparticles in our day, researchers are investigating the effects of diverse concertation additions of nanoparticles on these qualities. We can employ it in electrical and optical applications by modifying its properties and switching insulators into semiconductors. In addition, to provide a mix of physical attributes for exterior circumstances, such as low weight, hardness, flexibility, and durability, as well as its use in some electronic applications.
