The Dean of the College of Science participates in Geo Basra
The Dean of the College of Science participated in the first Geo-Basra scientific conference, which was held at the University of Basra for a period of 15-17 The current March and under the slogan ((Our natural resources are the source of our national economy)). The conference included the axes of petroleum geology, petroleum exploration engineering, geophysics, seismology, water resources, geochemistry, industrial rocks, and many other topics related to earth science. Prof. Dr. Emad Abdul Rihman Muhammad Salih chaired the morning and evening sessions in the geophysics and seismology axis on the second day of the GEO Basra 1 conference.
